SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING

Unless otherwise noted, all orders are processed + shipped within 3-5 business days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer FREE USPS 2-Day Priority Mail on all domestic orders over $75, any order under $75 shipping is a flat $7. Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, all domestic orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. should take 2 business days to arrive.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 24-48 hours once a label has been created.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

We are not currently able to offer expedited shipping but hope to soon!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are currently only able to ship domestically throughout the U.S.

PLEASE NOTE during summer months (June- August) we only ship Monday- Thursday to ensure that packages do not sit at the carrier facility over the weekend.

SHOP CLOSURES

Our shop is closed and we do not process orders on the following dates:

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving

  • Christmas- December 24th & December 25th

  • New Year's Day

  • Memorial Day

 

If you place an order on one of the dates above, your order will be processed on the next business day.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please note that as a small business, all sales are final. If you are unsure of the scent, we encourage you try to one of our Discovery Kits so you can smell them all before buying a larger candle.

 

We do our best to ensure safe packaging and delivery however, things do happen. So, if your item was damaged in shipping please contact one of our Customer Care reps via email at hello@blueglasscandleco.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right!

Please be sure to include photos and a detailed description in your email to help our team better determine how to prevent damaged during shipping in the future.
